After two years of marriage. I think that's pretty good. The dogs loved the pig snouts we got them.

Kinja'd!!!

I suggested buying them in bulk, raw, from a butcher, and dehydrating them. Then selling the extras at the flea market.

So that's that.

Also, I haven't Smoked Pot in years but

Kinja'd!!!

I find this hilarious.

I am still unmarried. Please define this "Wifely Veto"? Does only she have vetoes? How many are given to the wife? What power does this veto hold? Is it binding?

It's 100% related to Peace. If you would have Peace, then you will approve Vetos. If you want a lack of Peace, then you'll not approve Vetos*. It's a marriage thing.

* But remember, Vetos have constraints. Peace is just the tradeoff. It's the same as "picking your battles".

I'm amazed you're still alive to repost this. You realise you have a picture of a pig, just under the headline 'she just used her first wifely veto'? :)

The "wifely veto" is a privilege of her station in the relationship. I have a husband veto that I haven't yet used. It can be overridden but there are consequences to this override.

For example, if she said, "we're letting my 18 year old sister move in," I could use the veto. But if I said, "we're letting your sister's 19-year-old, ballet-dancing friend with a predilection toward nudity move in," she would rightfulky veto.

Btw, she has approved trading the Kia for a rwd sports car, at least in principle...

The pig, of course, is related to the snouts that we have the dogs.

Yeah, that's obvious once you read the post. But take a few steps back from the monitor, and what jumps out? Headline and picture...

Oh the Vetos. It has been almost 4 years since I've been married and I never thought I would say this, but we have lost the need for Vetos*. Thankfully she is reasonable when I am not and just lets me ramble on, until I myself realize it either isn't the best option, or is just not possible at all. And vice-versa. The only time we have stood up for something like that was regarding to her parents, and we were both Vetoing their decision haha. They wanted to move in at our house (long story, but her mom can't work... imagine the fun), while I am out across the country working. Needless to say we just hummed along while her parents were talking to us, and we talked later on our own and went immediately like "Nope!".

Also, she is obsessed with the BRZ, so guess what? :D I get to have a garage with a BRZ and a 370z nismo, double win!

*rules and regulations might apply

My wife agreed to the WRX. I have a bad feeling that at some point in the near future shes going to come to me and say 'this is happening' and i'm gunna have a situation on hand.

My wife is currently obsessed with her B6 Passat wagon. She loves it because it's a big wagon with the 2.0T and will haul all kinds of stuff, and it handles and drives like a German FWD should.

After I graduate and get established in a full time gig, the Kia will be traded in on a 2-seat roadster, with a stickshift, under $25k that can accommodate my 6'3", 300-lb frame. So it's likely to be a 370z. Mmmm... Z cars...

Lol that is awesome. Does she go shopping for big things just so she can load them up? Haha. My mom used to do that when we first had our Murano, she loved the cargo space so he would purposely go buy large items (even if it was just a pot of flowers). If she likes the German wagon-ess, does she like the AMG Wagons? If so you're in luck!

Mmmmm.. Stop it. I'm working. You're making me want to go out and drive in this beatiful 6F weather. I actually seriously enjoy driving this monster no matter the weather, if anything I've had more fun in the rain and snow than not. You get tail action! Loads if you're like me and are still in summer tires. NOT advisable

We have yet to load anything big enough to need to fold down the back seats. However, we did make an Ikea run last week that filled the entire hatch area. We don't have a washer and dryer at home, either, so we do laundry every two weeks and load up the back. We also tend to take our niece and nephews out to the park often and kids have lots of stuff.

When it's time to upgrade it'll likely be an A6 Avant with the DSG tiptronic.
